TEST ENGINEER DEVELOPMENT (M/F/D)
We are looking for a test engineer for our development laboratory, for maintaining and expanding the in -house supernova product tests. The products are checked for a use time of 10 years and a guarantee period of 5 years under all conditions, including racing. Interest in the area of bicycle / power bike is an advantage. Production experience is helpful.
Your areas of responsibility:
• Implementation of environmental simulations (climate chamber / salt spray test / UV resistance / chemica lien resistance)
• Lifetime examination using a stop/hatred (Highly Accelerated Stress Screen) test
• Organization of measurements / X -rays in external laboratories
• Optimization of the tests and transfer of the findings from the test laboratory into the test specifications
• Sample measurements of series products to comply with the specifications
• Electronic compatibility tests on various drive systems
Your profile:
• Electrotechnical training
• independent work
• Long years of experience in test laboratories or comparable
• Safe English
• And of course the love of bike

QUALITÄTSPRÜFER (M/W/D)
Die Supernova Design GmbH in Gundelfingen bei Freiburg entwickelt und produziert als mittelständischer Betrieb hochwertige Beleuchtung mit Straßenzulassung, insbesondere für E-Bikes und Fahrräder. Die Produkte zeichnen sich neben technischer Bestleistung und vielfach prämiertem Design auch durch ihre Langlebigkeit und Reparierbarkeit aus und sind somit besonders nachhaltig.
Deine Aufgabenbereiche:
• Optische, mechanische, elektrische Mess- und Prüfverfahren durchführen nach Prüfanweisung und Zeichnung
• Prüfung der Fertigungsteile aus der eigenen Produktion
• Prüfberichte erstellen und die durchgeführten Kontrollen dokumentieren
• Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Prüfanweisungen
• Zusammenarbeit und Urlaubsvertretung des „Pickers“ in der Produktion
Dein Profil:
• Technische Ausbildung im Bereich Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik oder ein vergleichbarer Ab-schluss
• Gerne Berufserfahrung im Bereich Wareneingang, Qualitätsprüfung
• Sicherer Umgang mit Zeichnungen und Messmitteln
• Gute PC-Kenntnisse (ERP-System & MS-Office)
• Präzise und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise, sowie ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative
• Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Und natürlich die Liebe zum Rad
