Returns from outside the EU should contact our service beforehand to discuss a suitable individual solution.
Repair & Warranty
For repair orders and warranty claims, enclose:
• A detailed description of the fault (please specify whether it occurs always, regularly or irregularly)
• Information about type of use, components involved, ect.
• Contact details (phone, e-mail) for queries
• a copy of the purchase receipt (in case of warranty claim)
Provisions for repairs within Germany:
Settlement is usually made through the retailer from whom the product was purchased. Shipments to us must be made free of charge. In the case of justified complaints, we will bear the cost of return shipping.
Provisions for repairs outside Germany:
The processing usually takes place via our importer. Please ask him for the exact conditions. If you have purchased our product from a mail order company in another country, please also process complaints and service cases via this dealer.
