CSR representative/sustainability officer (m/f/d)
We are looking for an employee to support and optimize our sustainability management. The focus is initially on the preparation and accompaniment of an ISO 14001 certification. Interest in the area of bicycle / mobility and technical understanding of product are an advantage.
Your areas of responsibility:
• Development of the CSR strategy of Supernova Design GmbH in the sense of corporate philosophy
• Internal and external communication of CSR activities
• Creation and evaluation of CSR reports
• You design the structure of professional structures in the area of CSR, create relevant specifications and documentation and optimize existing processes, concepts and guidelines
• Support for special projects of the management
Your profile:
• You have a completed degree with a focus on sustainability management or corresponding practical experience
• They have a pronounced interest in social, social, political and ecological aspects and questions in the company context
• Communication strength, a quick grasp and a structured, independent and reliable way of working is characterized
• Your working style is characterized by structure, independence and reliability

• Independent processing of repair inquiries at national and international level (telephone, mail, internet)
• Coordination of the company's internal repair process in close cooperation with development and repair workshop
• Advice to customers on the phone regarding the possible uses, technical properties and assembly of our headlights
• Working at the interface for production/ purchasing/ logistics/ development
Your profile:
• Successfully completed commercial training or equivalent experiences
• Safe handling of MS-Office programs
• Wide knowledge of bicycles and lamps, technology affinity
