Repair & Warranty
Our service promise: 5 years of guarantee from the invoice date* and at least 10 years of repair for all lighting systems! This is far above the legally prescribed guarantee! The guarantee extends to production errors and normal use, but not to errors that are due to improper assembly, improper use, normal wear or accident. As part of this guarantee, we remedy technical errors free of charge by repairing or replace the incorrect product.
Replacement of assembly and shipping costs is excluded. The legal claims from warranty remain unaffected.

* The guarantee expires when the housing is opened, when using a high-pressure cleaner, when using the front and taillights of other manufacturers, when assembled with cable output upwards and when cleaning the lens with cleaning agents on alcohol-based. Nevertheless, Supernova also offers cost -effective repairs in such cases.
For repair orders and warranty claims, enclose:
• A detailed description of the fault (please specify whether it occurs always, regularly or irregularly)
• Information about type of use, components involved, ect.
• Contact details (phone, e-mail) for queries
• a copy of the purchase receipt (in case of warranty claim)
Provisions for repairs within Germany:
Settlement is usually made through the retailer from whom the product was purchased. Shipments to us must be made free of charge. In the case of justified complaints, we will bear the cost of return shipping.
Provisions for repairs outside Germany:
The handling is usually done via our importer. Please ask the exact conditions for this. If you have bought our product from another country's mail order company, please also wrap complaints and service cases through this dealer.
