Your areas of responsibility:
• Independent processing of repair inquiries at national and international level (telephone, mail, internet)
• Coordination of the company's internal repair process in close cooperation with development and repair workshop
• Advice to customers on the phone regarding the possible uses, technical properties and assembly of our headlights
• Working at the interface for production/ purchasing/ logistics/ development

Your profile:
• Successfully completed commercial training or equivalent experiences
• Safe handling of MS-Office programs
• Wide knowledge of bicycles and lamps, technology affinity
• A high degree of initiative and operational readiness
• Structured and precise way of working and organizational skills
